Crypto exchange will reportedly delist Tether for Canadian users starting from 31 January to comply with Canada’s regulatory requirements. The exchange has signed a Pre-registration Undertaking with the Ontario Securities Commission, which prohibits crypto exchanges operating in Ontario from listing banned Tether. The exchange would convert its users’ Tether into USD Coin if they neither withdraw nor covert their Tether by 31 January. A retrieval fee may also be charged if the customers deposit Tether from external wallets after the deadline.
