The chair of the House Committee on Financial Services of the US Congress has announced that the chief executive officers of several major US crypto firms will attend a hearing to discuss digital assets. The hearing, “Digital Assets and the Future of Finance: Understanding the Challenges and Benefits of Financial Innovation in the United States,” is the latest initiative by the US Congress to explore the challenges posed by the adoption of crypto assets. The CEOs reportedly attending the full House committee hearing on December 8th are those of Circle, FTX, Bitfury, Paxos, Stellar Development Foundation and Coinbase.
