Charltons’ lawyers Julia Charlton and Kim Larkin participated in the “ICOs – Moving Forward on Best Practices” seminar held by the University of Hong Kong (HKU), Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute and the Asian Institute of International Financial Law on 24 March 2018 at HKU.
Key focus areas were the need for legal/regulatory clarity around ICOs, investor protection and development of best practices.
